Welcome

With the exception of a short time, Little Falls has always been my home. As a child I always had an interest in color and making things. My love of quilting didn’t come until my mid thirties however when I took a quilt in a day class. Yes, I finished that day, but I have learned so much since that class. Quilting is not just putting a bunch of pieces of fabric together. There is importance in how the fabric is cut, how the seams are made to go together and of course how it is sewn. I have started making some other items, but quilting is what I enjoy most.

My very favorite part however is simply fabric. I love all fabrics, from beautiful prints to bold designs. If I find a fabric with a large print that would get lost cutting it up, I don’t cut it and will often make a “panel” quilt as it is just to cute to cut leaving a big piece in tact so you can see the whole thing.
